Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property as much as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can send us a takedown notice in cases of copyright infringement. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against such claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed.
  3. Details about the infringing material and how to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material.
  6. A statement asserting the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for providing false information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Kindly send all takedown notices through our Contact page via email for quicker response.

Be aware that we may disclose the identity of the complainant in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored, including your signature and other required information as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature.
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement affirming your belief in the mistaken removal of the material.
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice via email through our Contact page.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a stringent policy regarding repeat copyright infringements as per the DMCA, aiming to identify and terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

We retain the right to amend our DMCA policy at any time for any reason and recommend checking back periodically for updates.
